It should be mentioned that despite of the name, it is only it is only five and a half miles of snow white coral sand. But really, the numbers lose all their relevance when you find yourself on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Local legend has it that this beauty can make you lose your head. So do just that – fasten your seatbelts tighter and in moderately windy condition go check out beautiful surroundings with a parachute. For courage you can try a local drink called Stingray. Trunk bay Beach and St John, US Virgin Islands
The sand here is so soft, it seems as if a fairy sifted it through a golden sieve and sprinkled it at your feet. The underwater world here is full of corals and colorful fish, which however, includes a barracuda. But away from the water and the beach you will find magnificent green cliffs and ancient ruins. The beach was private property once, but the famous Rockefeller bought it out and handed it over to National Park, so that everyone, especially lovers, could enjoy its beauty.
